We love Dr. Naidu. She never makes us feel rushed, never judges, listens, and answers all of our questions. She also has excellent bedside manner. She is wonderful and I'm so glad we found her! As first time parents, we know our daughter is in great hands with her :)

Dr Naidu is one of the best pediatricians my family has seen at Northwestern. She is thorough with care and interacts with my children rather than merely speaking to me as the parent. As a woman of color I also think it paramount for my daughters to have a primary care doctor who is both a woman and of color. Specific skin conditions, like keloids are something I believe are unique to our population and I wanted to discuss this further at my daughters last visit. Dr Naidu was thorough and gave me additional tips to implement to prevent a keloid from forming over a scar on my toddlers' forehead.

We cannot recommend Dr. Naidu enough!! From the moment she walked into the room, she had an incredible ability to connect with my children, (and mom!) making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. She is knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and very compassionate. We left feeling very supported and never felt rushed.

Dr. Naidu is very professional. She answers all our questions and helps us understand better how our (now) 4 months is doing. She provides us with tools, information and support on every stage we are going through with our baby.
