Dr. Bauer was amazing! She went through all of the positives and negatives of my options, making sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. During the procedure, she carried on a conversation with me successfully distracting me to the point where I had no idea she was cutting into my arm. She and her nurse, I wish I remebered her name, we're both incredible!
