5.0 star star star star starDr. Sefcovic was very helpful and kind. She also answered my questions and explained things thoroughly. She asked plenty of questions that revolved around my health and family’s health history to get an overall picture of mine. I thought that was pretty nice. Makes a good form of communication between doctor and patient. As a patient we don’t usually think about everything and just focus on the one specific thing we went to the doctor for.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Sefcovic showed genuine care and concern for my current state. They provided genuine medical advice and made realistic goals for me to work towards. I did not ever feel like another random patient. I was very happy, as much as I could be with all things considered, leaving the office.

5.0 star star star star starI felt very well taken care of by Dr. Sefcovic. She listened to all of my concerns and reassured me that she would go to bat for me as I seek specialty treatment, which a doctor has never said to me before. I am excited to have her as my continuous care provider

5.0 star star star star starDr Sefcovic was extremely detailed, patient and very detailed. But more importantly she read my previous notes and came in the room prepared to discuss my past hospital/office visits and expressed genuine interest about my questions, thoughts and concerns. Loved how comfortable she was sharing information about her personal life. LOVED HER!!!!! I have been looking for a doctor for years and Dr Sefcovic meets all my expectations .

5.0 star star star star starQuality care, quick follow through on recommendations, and I never feel shamed or guilted into changing my behavior in order to improve my health. She's incredibly knowledgeable and is always detailed in her comments on test results if they fall outside of normal results.

5.0 star star star star starDr Sefcovic is always kind, patient and knowledgeable. She’s also aware of the socioeconomic and systemic reasons health is as diverse as it is. She helped me understand that although my weight gain has been uncomfortable due to societal reasons that I am still healthy according to my blood tests. I needed to hear that from a medical professional who advised me to continue eating fruits and vegetables everyday and to continue exercising regularly.

5.0 star star star star starI felt I received a thorough physical exam with Dr Sefcovic yesterday. She was personable, easy to talk to and informative. She made me feel at ease and she talked me through the entire exam. After having to wait for my annual physical beyond my one-year schedule, I worried that I would not be able to establish a meaningful doctor-patient relationship. After my appointment with Dr Sefcovic, I feel confident that I this is no longer a concern. What a relief! In short, I really liked her and felt she was a sincere and caring person.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
