5.0 star star star star starHe took his time with me. I needed a very I comfort table procedure ( he needed to go up my nose to look inside my sinuses). Dr. Schneider explained the procedure and talked to me the entire time it was being done. He has a very calming effect on you. I went thru the procedure with no problems! He is a very caring physician and you are lucky to have him in your staff.

5.0 star star star star starI don't even want to think about how awful my daily life would be if I hadn't found Dr. Schneider. He listens, gives great explanations for possible causes/outcomes, answers questions, but mostly, you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients getting better.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Schneider squeezed me in even as new patient with bad symptoms and in need of an ENT. He immediately did a scope and took blood and culture to figure out what kind of bacteria I had developed after my sinus surgery. He put me on an antibiotic that actually helped then to unconventional method of use as nasal wash. If he had not had the expertise and desire to help me my sinus infection could have gone to blindness or sepsis or even death. I am extremely grateful! I had previous ENT who actually said not to take antibiotics and so I left it to be untreated for months. He listens and answers all questions and when me bring obsessive worrier ask things he could not possibly know he didn't play games. He told me he didn't know. He had me going through immunology to see why this infection is so bad. He is kind and patient. I think he is the best I've ever found!

5.0 star star star star starI have an excellent relationship with Dr Schneider, I trust him, and have had no significant issues with the sinus and tear-duct surgery. This fixed problems from previous surgery, which did not work.

5.0 star star star star starI have been a patient at Northwestern for many years, and never have I felt so thoroughly cared for as I did under the expertise of Dr. Schnieder's care over the course of the last month. While I was filled with anxiety and fear about the issues I was having for over 3 months, which included a great deal of pain and discomfort, Dr. Schnieder immediately had a magical way of melting those fears away as he made me feel confident he would help me get better. His soft-spoken manner, coupled with his empathy and thoughtfulness, immediately put me at ease. He takes the time to explain every step with such clarity and patience that you feel truly seen and understood. He speaks with humility and sincerity, treating you as an equal, yet conveys such confidence in his skill that you know you can trust him completely. Dr. Schnieder is more than a skilled surgeon_he is a kind, gentle, and genuine human being who goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for. His compassion and ability to connect with patients make him stand out in ways that words can barely capture. If you are fortunate enough to have him as your doctor, know that you are in the best possible hands. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
