Melissa is an extremely caring PA-C who listens to my concerns, takes time to answer all my questions, explains what she is going to do and why. She takes as much time as necessary with me and I never feel as if I am being rushed. She is very patient with me and I feel she is concerned with me as a person and not just someone on an assembly line. I feel she is the best medical professional I have dealt with at NW in the over 30 years I have been going there.

The experience was fantastic. Melissa was incredibly gentle with the injection, and I truly didn't feel a thing. Beyond that, she was very professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed.
