She is very realistic and practical. She tells it how it is and I feel gives her actual opinion as a mom and doesn't give you straight textbook answers. She remembers me and my kids whenever we're in there and is very kind and great with them.

Dr Punsalan is the best. Especially having an 8am appointment, she made us feel great. She talked books with my daughter, educated us about vaccines. Made time for conversation without making us feel rushed even though we know she's probably scheduled with patients all day. She's great and gave us a wonderful start to the school year.
