5.0 star star star star starShe is very realistic and practical. She tells it how it is and I feel gives her actual opinion as a mom and doesn't give you straight textbook answers. She remembers me and my kids whenever we're in there and is very kind and great with them.

5.0 star star star star starShe's amazing. First time mom here and she has provided me educational information for my son during my visits without making parents feel belittled. She cares about both the children and the parents.

5.0 star star star star starHaving Dr.Tapas and Dr.Punsalan specialize in acute care helps put me at ease as a first time mom of a complex baby. They always make sure Macklins care is priority due to his heart failure and holes he has.

5.0 star star star star starDr Punsalan is the best. Especially having an 8am appointment, she made us feel great. She talked books with my daughter, educated us about vaccines. Made time for conversation without making us feel rushed even though we know she's probably scheduled with patients all day. She's great and gave us a wonderful start to the school year.

5.0 star star star star starI was nervous to switch drs for my kids ( due to insurance) but she put me at ease immediately. She was very easy to talk to and really took the time to know my daughter and I. We both left feeling like we had found the right Dr.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
