Dr. Punsalan always takes our concerns seriously, she's great with our baby, and we've been able to make appointments when needed. Her team is responsive to our messages. My husband and I both feel comfortable with Dr. Punsalan and we trust her.

Dr. Punsalan was very friendly and pleasant. She was focused and knowledgeable. She was easily able to answer all of my questions. I felt much more welcomed by her than I did when I was seeing the other physicians as the other office (formerly new beginnings). I felt like she was more knowledgeable and comprehensive and explained issues and answered questions more thoroughly and in a pleasant manner. The physicians at the other office were not friendly, sounded scripted, were in a hurry, and were usually talking about things that were totally off topic and unrelated to my child. I highly recommend this pediatrician!

Dr. Punsalan is always on time and willing to answer all questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable has great bedside manner with children and with parents. Being a pediatrician is a hard job but Dr. Punsalan is always cheery and smiling when we see her. We're so happy we found a great pediatrician!
