At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
My visit with Dr. Xu was great. Everything about check in and the visit itself was efficient, safe and patient-centered. Only reason I didn't give it a 10 was the long wait time on the phone when I was scheduling. A chronic problem at Northwestern, surely this can be improved!
So nice to be spoiled, have appointments lined up and more importantly on time. That part is great. My I my feedback that I thought was odd was the front desk guy couldn't schedule my next appointment and had to call the scheduling person. With COVID just thought it was odd that they are touching each other's computers. Seems like front desk person should be able to do it all, but that's just my opinion.
DR XU was very educated in the matter at hand. He set expectations and was able to perform the first step in resolving my issue. The lobby wait time was minimal too. I would suggest though, more available time slots for appointments.
cuz like i said before you guys are the best and you've always been that way with me and you always have been and always will be bedside manner everything no phenomenal can't say enough thank you so much
The Dr's are BUSY.... and even with that, they are always so nice, explain what they find and are thorough. Skin cancer is scary, so it's obviously a relief to have access to such competent physicians. This was my first time with Dr. Xu and he was awesome (I usually see Dr. Choi and she's amazing as well). I love that I can see anyone and get the same level of care no matter what.
