She is very professonal, yet friendly. She listened to my concerns and asked additional questions about my symptoms and gave me answers to my questions. She provided additional information about what I could do to improve my condition and offered PT, as well as exercises I could do on my own.

Dr. Chang took time to explain the procedure and what to expect in terms of recovery, possible complications and the likelihood of them happening. She also contacted the surgeon for an upcoming procedure and was able to coordinate a dual procedure which will be much easier for me.
