He is very caring. We chatted for a bit yesterday and put me to ease because I was a bit anxious about the appointment. I could tell he had already reviewed my chart and new why I was there. Knowing that we have a plan in place to help keep my flare ups to a minimum is reassuring. He listened to me and answered my questions.and we also had a few laughs. Feel blessed that I have him as my doctor.

Dr. DeLapp is a calm, pleasant young physician with an open, respectful approach to his patients. He willingly explains his observations and recommendations in understandable language without that 'you won't understand it anyway' dismissive, dummied down tone some use. In other words, he respects patients' life experience, observations, and opinions. Respect is key here, and this capable young physician shares his knowledge and training with the manner of far more experienced practitioner whose ears and heart are open.
