5.0 star star star star starWe have been seeing Dr Song for years and she is great with my three kids. She is attentive, kind, and she always remembers who we are and what is going on with us which is rare for doctors in my experience.

5.0 star star star star starWe have been with her since my 17 year old daughter was born. Her husband worked with the man who helped us conceive our daughter. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Song doesn't prescribe antibiotics for everything and anything.

5.0 star star star star starGina has continued servicing our teens after our previous practitioner left the practice. Managed to fit a non-expected appointment into her schedule to diagnose a lagging couch and congestion. Z-pack may have helped as a catch-all remedy; however, we are now aware of a drug reaction that was worse than the previous ailments.

4.0 star star star star star_borderShe was very thorough but didn't seem to connect with the kids so much. She wasn't mean or anything, just not quite as kid-friendly as I would expect from a pediatrician or family medicine doctor

4.0 star star star star star_borderI think she did a phenomenal job which is hard with my child but I wish she would have had more sensitivity than to ask me if he is normal. I think other options could have been if we have any developmental concerns or if he's neurodivergent. She did REALLY well dealing with his dislike for doctors, though.

5.0 star star star star starI felt like Dr. Song really listened to my concerns and took her time with Oliver. Even though Dr. Song was very thorough we were in and out of the appointment quickly. Her bedside manner was excellent.

5.0 star star star star starI have, and will continue to recommended Dr Song because she is a very thorough doctor and always takes time to listen and address all our concerns. Our daughter had some serious health issues in the past and she never blew us off, explored all options for her health and safety. She is very analytical and explains why symptoms point to a diagnosis.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
