At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
we appreciate Dr Chandra's efforts in our son's care and health. she consistently provides excellent anticipatory guidance regarding his health or illnesses he may acquire, and this visit was no exception. we are grateful that she is his physician and we appreciate the kindness and efficiency of all members of the team.
We love Dr. Chandra-Puri. She is an excellent, caring, and knowledgeable pediatrician. Her bedside manner is perfect for our family and we appreciate the reassurance and guidance she provides at our regular visits. Most importantly, our kids love Dr. Chandra-Puri and are always excited to see her - which makes our jobs so much easier when going to the doctor.
Dr. Chandra-Puri is an outstanding pediatrician. She is an incredible resource for me as a mother, yet connects skillfully with my teenage daughter. Over the years, Dr. Chandra has nurtured my daughter's capacity to be both informed and responsible for her own health. We are so grateful for her expertise and excellence in the provision of pediatric care for our children.
Dr Anita Chandra Puri is the primary doctor for my first child and I have been very happy with her till now. Hence selected her for my second child as well. She is very sweet and professional and explains everything nicely. We feel very confident about having her as our children's primary doctor.
Dr. Chandra-Puri is thorough and efficient at the same time. She listens to all of our concerns and provides helpful anticipatory guidance and reassurance regarding when to be concerned about pediatric issues. We would (and do!) recommend her to others.
Dr. Chandra was recommended to us by the front desk when I called to schedule. You could tell she was extremely rushed and, although nice, it left us feeling like we were left in her wake when we walked out. I voiced some concerns over his weight/height over the last year and she just grazed over them. We won't be choosing her for our main practitioner and will continue to search. I would recommend speaking to Dr. Chandra about taking a deep breath prior to entering the room with a patient so she can work efficiently but not come across as super rushed and not completely engaged with the patient(s).
My major disappointment is with the amount of time the doctor spent discussing the care for our child. There was not even a sign of willingness to include us parents in any decisions, nor a discussion of what we currently do and how it's working for us.
