Dr. Masood is incredibly thorough, she even reads an interpret lab results that my primary didn't. I never feel hurried or rushed when I have a telehealth visit or in person visit. I also feel that she prepares herself for the visit indicating specifically I reviewed your chart as opposed to many doctors even aunt Northwestern who read your chart while You're talking to them.

Dr Masood was exceptioanally polite, kind, attentive inquisitive and caring. Even more important, she was thorough and did not simply accept a response trying to drill down to get a better explanation so she could come up with options and solutions. She is a great example of what a doctor should be. Northwestern is lucky to have her. I wish there were more doctors in her class.
