At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
We observed Dr. Coleman observing my husband on telehealth and he was able to assist in determining what he needed using his remote access to our bipap. We trust his diagnostic skill and his understanding of patients.
We have been monitored afar for ALS after attending the ALS clinic downtown. We have the highest respect for Dr. J. Coleman and Dr. R. Sufit since being diagnosed with the disease. The doctors, PA's, and support professionals are prompt, concerned, diagnostically superb. We also love the respect and humor with which they respond to my husband. Their coordination with Les Turner ALS foundation is great.
Doctors are highly respected, knowledgeable, caring, reassuring, putting patients and families at ease. All of this especially knowing that with an ALS diagnosis they will not be able to provide a cure.
Great interaction with patient. Pleasing to talk to. Very interested in my results and continued use of the VPAP machine. Does not criticize me if I miss a night on the machine. Always seems concerned about my progress.
I have found Dr Coleman very helpful and caring. He's able to respond well to my needs and I feel he has my best interests in mind when I meet with him. My phone call appointment today worked very well, however I have a comment about it below...Today I had a phone visit with Dr Coleman. I didn't know if Telemedicine was online or by phone until he called. I would like to have had more information about it through an advance notice, e.g. on nm.com or through a phone call.
