Spoke in easy to understand language (not a lot of medical terms that patients usually don't know), explained his recommendation of two scripts, listened while monitoring time, pleasant tone. I had to delay a trip abroad due to illness and learned we each have siblings in same metro area of that country which made an enjoyable experience.

I truly appreciate Dr. Rabacal! He was patient and understanding as I struggled from the pain, discomfort and anxiety of the reason I came to the clinic. He came into the room aware of my history which was immensely helpful as I on good days struggle to explain myself. He was kind, and didn't rush me even though I had to ask for repetition due to not being able to grasp the information and advice as I was in overwhelming discomfort. Thank you.

Gave a thorough exam and good explanation of rationale for diagnosis. Should knock before entering a patient room, not just open the door. I don't recall him telling me his name. Told me to follow up but didn't give me his card or contact info for clinic.
