Needless to say being diagnosed with breast cancer changes your world. One needs a team with a strong leader to see one through the testing, surgery, radiation, etc. it is a journey with many phases, twists and turns. Dr. Shah-Khan was a GiFT...her approach to educating and preparing me and my family to what lay ahead was complete and thorough. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, she has the ability to teach and with her team is organized and efficient in executing the preparation, surgery and post care and follow-up. Her surgical skills are excellent and technician are always impressed at my almost invisible scar.
