3.0 star star star star_border star_borderI wish hed talk more about the issue Im having. When I ask questions, its not because Im questioning his job, Im questioning my problem and just want it fixed!!! Im not questioning him not doing a good job, just want answers to my problem. I dont think my problem is getting fixed. I just hope its not because of my insurance and thats why its not getting fixed. Before my last surgery; he couldnt see I had a bigger infection then he thought. And I asked how he knew the infection was gone, and he said he could see it. If that was the case then why couldnt he see it before surgery and it seemed to me like he got mad for me asking the question. I just wanna make sure Im not gonna die from this infection.

2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderMaybe Dr. Fishman was having a "bad day". It does look like many members of the staff in both Central DuPage and Delnor are having bad days since the hostile takeover by Northwestern. Too much talk about how great Northwestern (the Chicago location) is, such as being a top ten hospital in the U.S. and, too little work at managing and unifying an important hospital system in the Chicago region. You have a lot of good staff members at all the needed levels in your locations. Let them know their work is appreciated.

5.0 star star star star starI was very comfortable with him. This was my first visited: about a cochlear implant. He explained, gave me material to read and most important, he listened to me. To me the first impression is very important.

5.0 star star star star starVery personable! I felt like he did a great job listening and evaluating my hearing problems. Have no idea if there is something he can fix, but I feel confident that if there is something to find and fix, he will do it. Also, talking with the people who did my CAT scan at Delnor, they hold Dr. Fishman is very high regard.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Fishman is a no nonsense surgeon He laid out my options for addressing and hopefully eradicating my confirmed case of squamous cell carcinoma. He assisted me with selecting the best option fir removing the cancer and what the healing process entails. I am currently on the mend with an excellent recovery prognosis.

2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderI waited in the exam room for 45 minutes and when he walked in he said I needed an MRI. He had my hearing results abd CT scan before I my appointment. He could have called and told me that before I took time off of work and paid my copay. He did look in my ear quickly and said to come back after the MRI. I have no idea why I waited 45 minutes and why he couldnt tell me I needed an MRI before my appointment.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Fishman rushes through my appointments, and if I don't ask a question I might not gain information I need. Yesterday, after my appointment it dawned on me that while the last time he did some cauterization, I needed to use drops in my ear for a week. He made no mention of drops this time, so I called to ask about it later in the day. It turns out I do need to use them - this time for two weeks.
