5.0 star star star star starShe was so kind to see me on 1/9/2024 after I was directed to go there from the Streeterville location which said on the website it was accepting patients but it was not. When I arrived in Lakeview, one receptionist said they were no longer accepting patients and she intended to call to let me know but got distracted. This was my 3rd NM location to go to that evening, so I was most grateful that Aimee saw me and took care of my severe chronic cough. I wish I had the name of the lovely 2nd receptionist who had a beautiful black turban on her head and kind eyes when she told me she could check me in.

5.0 star star star star starShe was professional, kind and knowledgeable. She also went out of her way to take me to a different room to visualize my x-rays. I'm a retired RN, and this was important to me. She understood that and made it happen.

5.0 star star star star starVery nice, explained and re-explained everything very well and as much as I needed. She also scheduled my X-ray before seeing me so that by the time it was done I didn't have to wait long to see her

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
