Jessica was extremely thoughtful and thorough in her explanation of why it was recommended I see her for a second opinion. She was professional and sat with me to discuss what would be concerning symptoms to watch out for. I had the utmost confidence in her ability and appreciated her compassionate bedside manner. We certainly need more "Jessica's" at NM!
