Excellent care. Dr Rich is the best. Not too many doctors pay so much attention to me. He spent the time to explain everything to me including how to exercise the right way. I appreciate him. He saved my life and he helping to keep my heart failure under control. Gemma NP is so great and responsive. She helps me monitor my health and helps me all the time.

Dr. Rich is all business, first class guy. Problem is it is hard to get timely appointments with him. Seems the plan is to see his Nursing staff more often. No disrespect to the nurses but, at this stage in my life and health status, I feel the need for direct face to face with my treating physician.

Dr. Rich is kind, caring and a great doctor. He is a good listener and spent time explaining his treatment plan to address my mom’s complicated and critical condition. He was able to build trust with his patient during this first visit through his caring and confidence. Dr Rich is the best cardiologist my mom ever had.
