OMG! I was able to talk to an Edward John Supan within 1 1/2 hours of my call for help. It was so easy! He listened and asked me pertinent questions, I felt he was knowledgable and caring. Edward John Supan knew what to do and I got medication to get me back to health quickly! I highly recommend this option when you need to talk to someone fast! Thank you NM, this is an awesome option! My practitioners, thorough with his questions and notes and very very patient in listening to concerns and responses. He took the test and he was very responsive. I would highly highly recommend western so they can receive the best medical treatment needed.

This was the best urgent care experience I've had in my life. Eddy the PA at your Lincoln square location was so kind, professional & caring. He took extra steps and ran extra tests to ensure that I was ok. He then recommended that I go to the ER. You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee on your team!

Really appreciated that Edward thoroughly read through my recent medical history prior to coming into the room. He was able to retell my summary succinctly saving me from having to explain it myself. I registered in person for a tele health visit. After speaking with Eddie over the phone and explaining my symptoms he asked if I would mind being converted to an in person visit because he wanted to listen to my lungs. I appreciated that he wasn't brushing my symptoms "off" and took the evaluation seriously.
