This could have been an ER situation, but my 2 PAs worked together for a long time to get the earring out, and made it as comfortable as possible, with 2 shots to numb the ear, one person on each side to get the earring out, I cannot thank them enough!

He was kind, explained things really well, asked questions and offered options that I could participate in deciding the steps he took. For example, I chose to skip the x-ray, which would have been expensive and not super helpful. I chose to get a tetanus shot because he was able to tell me that my prior immunization had expired. I was glad to know that!
