I have been reluctant to share praise of nursing staff for fear that I would forget someone who deserves credit. However it is also inappropriate to withhold this information on that basis. I don't need to say a lot about Julie. That's because there are 2 words that fit and they are competent and empathetic. The bottom line is that you should hope that all of your employees are half as good.
