5.0 star star star star starBeing in the exam room waiting to meet Dr Robinson, I was so nervous. I was so afraid, thinking what could they possibly do or say here to help me? When I met Dr Robinson, I was so impressed in the instant dive into my mysterious condition as if I became a top priority. My case was reviewed and discussed with me so thoroughly. As I listened, I had developed confidence in the care I was receiving. She told me the steps to be taken, the departments that would be involved and why. So interesting. This was big. She got the ball rolling- and fast. I thought: Oh my, this is wonderful. I have hope!

5.0 star star star star starShe spent all the time needed to explain things, listened to all my questions and answered them. She gave me hope and a put a plan in place with options should this one not work for me. She made me feel heard and realized and respected that I had feelings. She gave me hope that had been knocked out of me by a previous Dr. God sent me to her for a reason. She examined me physically and sent me for some immediate testing. She is wonderful.

5.0 star star star star starI was incredibly lucky to get Dr. Robinson as my oncologist. She is switched on - and for what I need, personally, she's the perfect balance of being steady, knowledgeable, and credible while getting straight to the heart of any issue I bring up. She takes the time to explain her rationale for treatment recommendations in a way that is thorough. And trust me, my husband has a bazillion questions at every appointment. She addresses my concerns without ever glossing over them. She, as well as [name], have helped me brainstorm how I can manage my condition while still keeping my demanding job. I always feel like I'm in excellent hands with her. While she takes a thoughtful, conservative approach to certain treatments, it's 100% clear she stays up to date on the latest research and cutting-edge approaches. Her care, expertise, and approach are truly exceptional and always appreciated.

She actually listens to you and engages with your concerns and thoughts even if you have unconventional ideas from internet. She doesn't just dismisses them but cautions you. Most importantly she doesn't pretend to know everything. Also I came away with a good plan that could be helpful for me.
