I feel blessed that Dr. Bradley is taking care of both me and my husband. I can't tell you how she has navigated the world of multiple doctors, procedures, prescriptions for us both. I have no issues with Dr Bradley, but I was surprised at the indifference and downright rudeness of the reception staff. I wonder if they have undergone training as to how to treat patients, particularly seniors. As a relatively new patient, I was unaccustomed to procedure and would have appreciated better treatment.
