5.0 star star star star starDr Pyatetsky is one of the best physicians in the treatment of my condition. I have been with Dr Pyatetsky and this practice for over10 years. Very pleased with their knowledge and attention to detail in my care.

4.0 star star star star star_borderI might rate it "incomplete". The visit was brief, and his aftercare notes were very abbreviated. He said he reviewed the history and the tech's notes, but there was no conversation about it that carried the sense that he was engaged in my care, versus just getting through his appointments. We'll see how it goes in future. Kind of relying on his rep at this point.

5.0 star star star star starMy cataract surgery went well on first eye second eye in 2 days! He advised me to get Toric Lenses because of severe astigmatism! Insurance would not pay for upgrade and it’s a financial hardship but my sight is so much improved I’m glad I listened to his advice!

5.0 star star star star starFirst, Northwestern Ophtomology was recommended to me by my general physician. Second I was impressed by how the staff and assistants work and then Dr Pyatetsky himself. Of course, the final results of my opinion will be based on the results of my cataract surgery.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Pyatetsky is very knowledgeable and very kind. I appreciated his diagnosis and his reassurance. (Before my appointment, I was quite worried about an episode with one of my eyes.) I am grateful that Dr. Pyatetsky is my opthamologist.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
