I've been scared to trust ablation, or any surgery. During my first encounter with Dr. Lin four years ago, he seemed aloof, looking at the computer screen and rarely at this patient. But in my recent consultation with him, he was personable, looked at me, answered all my questions with helpful information, did not hurry me, we even laughed together. What a change!!! Thank you, Dr. Lin. Your connecting to me, human to human, calmed my fears and helped me make a decision right for me. Thank you!
