When I met Caroline for my follow-up visit after my surgery, even though I ran late she was so knowledgeable, patient, and willing to hear everting question I had. Not only do I feel so much better from my corrective surgery but felt more confident leaving the office knowing what my next steps where and what to expect as i recover.

Management of pain is very important in postoperative care. I have a very high tolerance of pain but I felt my concerns were disregarded by this CNP, and accused of not following post-op instructions when I did. Very poor bedside manner, extremely harsh communicator.
