Again, she was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I feel confident that I am in good hands and will have good results. She had some visual aids to make sure I understood. Sounds like she does this a lot. Also told me about some clinical studies.

See above. She had reviewed my chart in advance of my visit and presented me with graphs of certain levels that had been tested previously. She was thorough in explaining my condition and why I needed further bloodwork. She did some scans in the office. She is very pleasant, professional and was willing to listen and answer any questions.

Dr Williams provided very useful and highly informative information in regards to my visit, expectations were professonally given, which lowered my anxiety and left me comfortable. I would certainly recommend Dr Williams, her emotional warmth and professionalism was greatly apprciated.
