I an extemely impressed with Dr. Patel and his attention to detail. He was professional, pleasant, and easy to talk to, very down to earth and helpful. He made me feel at ease and cared for. He listened to what I had to say and asked the right questions when determining how to help me. I am glad that I was able to find this physician.

This was our first visit to Dr. Patel and he was very thorough and listened to my son's concerns. He knew what issues we had because he looked into my son's medical history before we got there so he was very knowledgeable about treatment. He was very encouraging and kind to my son.

He listens doesn’t tell me something I know like for example I know I have gerd . But I also get stomach spasm bad usually everyone just tell me what I already know how to treat gerd finally has someone who listen

Dr Patel was kind but I felt like he spent more time typing on his computer than talking to me about what could be causing my condition. He ordered a bunch of bloodwork and some came back wonky but no follow-up call or note in MyChart.

See above. I also waited over an hour to see him. I had an 8am apt and had to drive from Naperville. Then I had to wait in a room until he arrived. I was his first appointment they told me. Very unprofessional.

I'm not sure what area he specializes in. I was given two separate referrals to his office and he didn't know why I was there. He listened to my heart, squeezed my ankles and told to see a surgeon. Not quite sure what to make of the experience.
