5.0 star star star star starShe made a last minute decision to not go forward with my surgery. She reevaluated my back and degree of pain level at that moment and decided that the risk of surgery far exceeded the benefit I may have had from going forward with the procedure. It to a very conscientious doctor and surgical team to come to a conclusion that was felt to be in my best interest.

5.0 star star star star starShe performed brain surgery on my father early 2025 I believe in my heart she saved his life her knowledge and skill plus attention to the patients needs to recover from there issues is amazing. I have put off the lumbar surgery needed for 2 years not feeling comfortable with the Nero team with a different provider. Dr Trybula as my MD on this gives me a full feeling of confidence and I will now go forward with my care with her and NW

5.0 star star star star starDr. Trybula greeted us with a very warm and pleasant smile. A very professional person who spoke with us and explained things in a way we could understand. And my husband (patient) and myself felt a sense of comfort and confidence from our visit with her!
Disclosures

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
