5.0 star star star star starHe came highly recommended to me by two doctor friends, and I can easily see why. Dr Baker was very easy to talk to and found him attentive, forthcoming and practical. Although this was just an introductory visit, I feel secure in having him as my primary doctor.

5.0 star star star star starI've been a patient of Dr. Baker's for many years and still have him as my primary care doctor even though Northwestern is out-of-network for me. Dr. Baker is very knowledgeable, caring and takes into account my health history. His recommendations are always very appropriate given my age and stage of life. He's tops!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Baker is thoughtful, sensitive and gives me options. He's never pushed anything on my mom. She's very hard of hearing and I watched him get close to her and talk into her ear and she could hear him... mind blowing! I actually learned something, I don't have to scream at her I can just get close and speak into her ear. He also has a sense of humor and a very pleasant, jovial demeanor. I would recommend him to anyone.

5.0 star star star star starHe was very attentive and we agreed on which issue is currently my most urgent to deal with. However, as I left my first appointment with Dr Baker, I quickly realized a few things that I should have brought up ... although he spent more time with me than I expected him to have.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
