5.0 star star star star starHe was very knowledgeable and personable. He cared about how I was feeling and took time to connect with me via his own personal reflections. He also answered all of my questions and understood how I was feeling which left me feeling heard and gave me a sense of calm when I was nervous about what would happen in the future.

5.0 star star star star starHe was patient with my questions and generous with his time. Also very important to note that the nurse who worked with me (I'm sorry I don't have her name) was absolutely wonderful. Maybe the best nurse I've had in an urgent/primary care setting. Her bedside manner was exceptional, she was thorough, she was kind. I hope she can be recognized for the exceptional care she provdes!

5.0 star star star star starDr. David Vester, MD introduced himself as soon as he came in the room and was very nice and checked my vitals and suggested a couple of tests and came back with the results as soon as they were readily available. He also explained aftercare and if I would need to follow up if my symptoms were to get worse. He listened to everything that was going on with me. Thank you for such wonderful care.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
