Dr. Alter is knowledgeable and explains things in layman's terms. He used diagrams to explain. My husband was on the phone and was able to understand everything well without even looking at the diagrams. Answered all our questions and was patient.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin… dr. alter was amazing. First of all he is kind and gentle, which goes a long way with me. He is patient and thorough. He took his time with me and explained everything that was happening. And we discussed all of the options for the best possible outcome . Could not be any more impressed or happy with Dr. alter and my experience today!
