As mentioned above, Ms. Kohl was very good at her job. I felt well taken care of as well as informed of the condition of my wound and what to expect in the next few days. She was very calming, but relaxed enough that we could still enjoy humorous moments in the process. She was unhurried in my presence and at no time was a given the feeling that I needed to be hustled along so that we could all move on to the next patient.
