Ms. Kalhagan, PA-C is competent, professional and caring with appropriate sense of humor. She was patient and took time to listen to complicated history and many questions. She explained rationale for recommendations and likely treatment options. She is an exemplary provider. I am grateful she was provider for my first hematology appointment at Northwestern.

Lindsey makes you feel comfortable right from the start. She's very personable but thorough and an expert in her field.
