5.0 star star star star starMy visit with Dr. Keung was wonderful. I've seen various providers over the years for my condition and no one has ever come close to the level of care I received today. She had a thorough understanding of my past medical history, and I want to acknowledge how much I appreciate the time she took pre-appointment for that.

4.0 star star star star star_borderI'm sure she is a great Doctor, she has great reviews, staff members were talking in the room about how fast she was going/working that morning, my Nurse had just started taking my information and everything felt very rushed.

She makes sure the patient understands what is going on, what is going to happen during surgery, and what happens after the surgery. She explains what to expect when you go home after surgery and goes through the after summary. She is very kind tries to make things as least painful as she can! I just love her! She is the best!!!!

5.0 star star star star starI just love Dr. Keung, after suffering so many years. Dr, Chang gave me my options but she new I was not happy with those option and she said I have another Dr. I can recommend but she is busy so it may take a while to see her while still with her she sent a letter to Dr. Keung and very shortly someone from her office reached out and said we would like to set up your appointment I was so happy, I took the appointment and from there Dr.Keung took over and gave me her ideas for biotic Surgery! I did have the surgery and I am 80% better! We are still working on improving this with making some changes. She is so kind, and she is very thorough! I think she is the best!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Connie Keung has provided an excellent level of care consistently before, during, and after my procedure. I have felt heard and seen throughout this journey, which means a lot to me as a woman. She has provided excellent communication and is very timely with her services. Dr. Keung has been able to fit me in for emergency exams and has also taken the time to explain everything thing going on and answer all my questions with patience. She has been tremendous and am relieved to have such a great doctor during this time of pain and healing, it's a major stress off my back.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
