She’s down to earth but really intelligent and competent. I felt like she really cared about me. She treats the rest of the staff with respect and when she has a student or resident with her she is a great teacher too.

When we are discussing my situation, it's very easy to interact. Dr Cherayil listens to what I have to say and answers any concerns I may have. Our discussions are in language I can understand, not medical jargon.

The reason I gave a 5. My goals were not met and that is to gain a new perspective or a solution to a complex injury. Also, Dr.Cherayil had a pleasant demeanor during the visit, however, my reason for coming to her is not addressed. The test I took was not explained, and I did not receive the results.

I was told that Dr. Cherayil was knowledgable and thorough- and she is! In the last few months, I have seen quite a few doctors, but De. Cherayil stopped to take the time to show me my scans and break down what was being looked for and what was or was not found. I left with a better understanding, and a better peace of mind.

I was in good hands with Dr. Cherayil when I recently visited her to help understand why I was experiencing double vision, along with other symptoms. The exam was thorough, she was able to communicate her thoughts about complex matters in a way that was easy to understand, particularly given high stress levels. I appreciate that, as promised, she was quick to respond to my comments/questions via My Chart.

Dr. Cherayil is one of the best physicians I've ever had, and I've had many fantastic physicians. Having her involved in my case over the last 2 years has been positive and has helped increased effectiveness of outcomes. This has directly improved my life by so much. She is excellent. So kind, so thorough. I notice not only how well she treats me as a patient, but how well she treats staff and trainees. Truly outstanding physician.
