5.0 star star star star starMy husband and I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Desai. She took her time with us, answered all our questions and explained how the transplant center worked. As a post transplant patient, she made me much more comfortable as we prepare to relocate to Chicago.

5.0 star star star star starShe is thorough. She listens to your questions and answers them. If she can't answer right there she will research your question and get back to you. She is professional yet friendly wearing a warm smile. Eye contact is there which I like.
