Before Dr. Gulati performed the EGD procedure, we discussed its purpose and risks. The doctor visited me after the procedure, explained the preliminary results and the next steps. He was attentive during our before and after conversations. The discharge papers included the images taken during the procedure, medical terms definitions in the easy to understand format, possible complications and detailed instructions. The test results and the finalized diagnosis from the doctor came next day. Overall, it was a very good experience.
