Dr. Kia is thorough. Takes time to really listen to me, then effectively communicates her diagnosis, and includes me in what is next step. Her communication skills are excellent, and it is obvious she genuinely cares about her patients. I have complete trust in her.

She explained how the procedure would go, when the results would be available and her bedside manner was very calming. I've never had a bad doctor at NWM. NWM chooses the best doctors to work with their patients. I feel so fortunate to be a patient at this hospital, and Dr. Kia was wonderful with the procedure and followup. Thank you, Dr. Kia!!

She was warm and friendly. She spent a lot of time talking about my esophageal web and its possible causes. I was able to schedule an upper G.I. the following week, and my blood work was ordered. Her nurse came in after the appointment to help schedule the procedure, so not only did I get a lot of information, but the appointment was efficient. Not having to call and schedule my procedure was a game changer.
