5.0 star star star star starRoy Thomas was very welcoming. He listened to all my concerns and addressed each one individually. He asked me my opinion about how I felt regarding certain treatments. I never felt steamrolled into any decisions.

5.0 star star star star starHe listened well to my long list of items. Counseled me through preventative opportunities. Explained his process for things which I appreciated. He also followed up very quickly (totally unexpected) with my annual blood results. I would definitely recommend!

5.0 star star star star starVery patient! He takes the time to truly listen to concerns and makes sure to provide the necessary follow up care. I've never met a doctor like him who truly cares for his patients and spends the time to listen and answer all questions.

5.0 star star star star starUpon first impression I had a personable, approachable, non judgmental perception of Doctor Thomas. He seems cautious with medication but defensive on treatment which is a great mix for someone who is not trying to take a prescription for every ailment but also someone who wants to ensure serious issues are caught.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Thomas was kind, empathetic, attentive, and thorough. He took the time to explain his treatment plan with me, wrote everything in the AVS, and even went over it again before concluding the visit. He was so gentle with my daughter during her visit today as she was very nervous. Highly recommend him!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Thomas is a wonderful physician!! I felt that he took his time to prepare for my visit. Once he sat down in the room he did a recap of my previous visits and testing relating to my reason for coming in. This made me feel comfortable knowing that he is up to speed on my journey. He did a great job looking and talking to me directly and did not get wrapped up in the computer. And he was very personable! Additionally, I felt once he examined me he was confident in his knowledge and knew exactly what condition I had. He discussed the treatment plan with me in an effective manner that made me feel included in the process and decision! I felt he genuinely heard out all my concerned and was willing to do testing to provide me reassurance! Additionally, he went above and beyond and called me to inform me of my test results and to ask how I was doing on the medication he prescribed. I greatly appreciate Dr. Thomas and all he does! I felt comfortable and confident in the treatment Dr. Thomas provided the way he provided it! I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas!!

5.0 star star star star starDr Thomas is very knowledgeable, competent and most importantly, he demonstrates a lot of care towards me and my chronic health issues and has never made me feel guilty or like I need to apologize for my medical treatments as I've sometimes unfortunately experienced at the ED with thankfully few doctors and nurses here and there. I'm glad he has seemingly decided to stay with family medicine at NW Delnor and am grateful for however long that is the case.
