5.0 star star star star starI would be very happy to recommend Dr. Wilsbacher to anyone that I know as they would be under the best of care as her patient and they would feel very much at ease during the examination and follow up consultation as well.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wilsbacher instilled confidence in me that my future life as a cardiac patient will be just as busy and active as it was before. I appreciate her calm, thorough explanations of what happened and what to expect going forward. She was very considerate and kept my husband included in the conversation. I am very pleased that my primary physician, Dr. Nancy Zamora, referred me to Dr. Wilsbacher.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wilsbacher provided both an understandable explanation and a reasonable plan in understanding my personal and family’s heart condition. Within days, she has followed up with my adult children to facilitate appropriate screening and appointment time. Her kind and calming professional demeanor is much appreciated and valued by myself and other family members whom are patients.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wilsbacher provided a good overview of genetics and the ordered panel of genetic testing. Also, was informed on my options for testing and the possible outcomes with probability of matching to a known genetic disease.

4.0 star star star star star_borderI really like Dr. Wilsbacher. Dr. Wilsbacher is very empathic and accommodating. As I wrote regarding the Cardiology dept., there doesn't seem to be more time to be more thorough and treat the whole person.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
