5.0 star star star star starI'm really lucky to have been referred to Dr. Sweis! She answers all of my questions, and is really nice Her bedside manner is great, and she has made me feel very comfortable in our discussions at the initial appointment, day of the procedure, and after the procedure in my hospital recovery room.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Sweis is exceptional! She is compassionate, caring, very knowledgeable and has been vital in helping me to continue recovery from my SCAD event. I am so blessed to have gotten the opportunity to have her for my cardiologist, and grateful for her part in the iSCAD registry.

5.0 star star star star starThe first thing about Dr. Sweis is that she cares about you as a person and a patient. She checks in and visits with you frequently and with real interest. at the same time you gather from the other professionals what extraordinary doctor and person they think she is. i have been through two procedures and a consultation on type of surgery with her as well as many visits, plus of course two successful procedures. She is someone I will remember.

She has excellent communication skills and shows genuine interest in your personal situation and care. She takes the time to answer your questions and concerns and has always been able to leave me feeling great when the visit is over. I couldn't be happier with the care I've received from her and Northwestern.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
