Dr. Alghafeer helped me deal with my psoriasis when the former treatment I had been using caused severe side effects. I was very despondent at not being able to get the injections and my skin was very bad when I first visited his office. He provided a medication that would safely work for me! I am forever grateful!

The doctor was very pleasant to work with and listened to my concerns, but I didn't like that he asked me what medications I was taking when I already addressed this prior to my visit (online), as well as on paper at the office prior to seeing him. I feel he should've looked at this and known what my medications were even if he wanted to verify them verbally with me during my visit. It is always a dissatisfier with any patient to be asked a question multiple times. I also have short-term memory issues after many years of migraine medication and I can't always come up with an answer very quickly so I was having trouble naming my medications to him fast enough, which made me feel "stupid" and made me feel as if he was irritated with me. I feel as if he wasn't prepared for my visit like he should've been.
