At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
First--there were ample Covid precautions prior to examination itself. Dr. Dolan was attentive to and knowledgeable about the varied physical issues I experienced. She took time to discuss treatment recommendations and/or the need for further evaluations in a clear manner. She readily facilitated any necessary follow-up.
Dr Dolan is very prepared, professional, personal, and to the point concerning my .medical health and care. Extremely knowledgeable and explains matters in a way I can understand. She brings in outside resources to answer questions when necessary.
She is well informed, an effective communicator and so respectful. I had her full attention, she knows about me and my health issues. As result my current health picture and the trajectory of future wellness is well planned
The process from beginning to end was very smooth, including check-in and the ease of completing labs right next to the doctor's office. ..Dr. Dolan took such care and time talking with me about my health and I felt like she really listened and explained things in a way that were really helpful. She was clear about all instructions, too, including the best ways to reach her and that helped me feel like I wouldn't be \lost in the system.\"..Also
Dr. Dolan is an amazingly caring physician. She really takes the time to listen to her patients. Her advice is evidence based and she is always up to date. I recommend her to others all of the time. I am so glad to have found her.
Dr. Dolan treats me holistically, to a degree I have not found elsewhere. She listens, and I feel like we are partnered in my health - collaborative vs dictative. And, she is supportive and encouraging - she really tries to help me see the positive.
Because I really like Dr. Dolan. She is more than a physician, and it shows in her treatment and her conversation to me as a patient. What I mean is she treats you like a person with a name and with a purpose. I come to her with questions and concerns and she is there with answers, and if she does it have and answer at that time she will look in to it. She sees and hears questions I don't ask and she knows when there is more than what I say. She has gotten to know me and that's a blessing, because those that should don't. I feel that my visits are all worst the time.
