Although I've only been seen and helped by Amanda recently, I've found here excellent. She is patient with this patient. Listens carefully to my concerns and shares her expertise on resolving the problems. I've already shared my experiences with her with others that I know in case they need ortho help in the future.

Even though I met and worked with Amanda on a serious matter, she explained every step of the process, showed me x-ray results and MRI results and recommended measures to deal with my fracture. Answered all my questions and explained further if I had queries. Offered options and made suggestions so that I could opt for the best treatment for my tibia.

She was thorough in her explanations and examination, she answered all my questions and was able to provide details on possible treatment options. Also, Dr Pfeiffer was able to get me in quickly (same day) for MRI and help me get scheduled to see the surgeon tomorrow. All in all, she took time with me to ensure i understood what was happening with my knee and was clear in helping me navigate the next steps. She is personable, knowledgeable and kind, which are all characteristics I look for in my healthcare practitioner.
