Sylvia is remarkable! She's always friendly and is up to date with your treatment plan. No guessing or asking repetitive questions. Extremely professional yet compassionate! Sylvia is always concerned about the patient's comfort and cognizant of your pain level and, if applicable, how to reduce it! She's a wonderful communicator. If you send a patient-oriented question to Sylvia, on their automated system, she always responds in a timely manner with pertinent information. The Doctors within the Plastics Group are remarkable...but Sylvia does most of the "heavy lifting". Thank you, Sylvia! [patient name]
