Susan is exceptional. She puts me at ease, even during these challenging times and while I navigate tough treatments. Our conversations flow effortlessly, and she fully comprehends everything I express, despite Mandarin being my first language. I wholeheartedly recommend Susan to everyone I know, especially to anyone facing the challenges of cancer. If anyone needs support, I strongly advise them to head straight to Northwestern.

This PA is exceptional. She gives excellent care, listens carefully and advised appropriately follows up promptly. She really cares for the patient and makes sure the proper care is given elsewhere. She goes beyond the call of duty. I love this lady for the care she gives my husband. I'll always be grateful we met.

Even though Sue had the day off, she took the time to have my appointment via telehealth. The continuity of care by meeting with the same person who knows me and my specific health issues brings such a comfort as I navigate my Cancer journey. Sue also provides world class healthcare while caring for me as a person. She is great!!!
