Dr D'Souza really cares and listens to my problems. Her bedside manner is super caring and attentive. Dr D'Souza always provides solutions, a plan and follow ups to my condition or new illness.

She had a great bedside manner with my child and was easy to work with. But when she went through the growth chart she indicated my child was behind so she instructed the nurse to remeasure. The nurse found a 1/2 difference but still indicated my child had basically not grown in a year. Went home and measured against our measuring tape, growth chart and the measurement they tried to say was my daughters height. Some how they were off by almost 8 inches?!?!? The doctor did not check herself rather had the nurse redo the measurement and recommended bone age testing. Something so simple should not be a question in my mind.

While obviously very competent, she cut us short motivating she didnâ€™t want to be late with the other patients, though she was significantly late with us. We didnâ€™t get to discuss and check all the concerns we had.

Iâ€™ve been seeing Dr. D'Souza for a couple years, after my Dr. retired, and there is a reason I keep coming back to her. She is extremely patient, great active listener, explains medical terminology in lament terms, shows compassion and empathy and I value her expertise. Iâ€™ve already recommended a family member to Dr. D'Souza. Thank you Dr. D'Souza!
