In my first few words with her, she made me feel as if this was in no way, our first conversation. I felt comfortable enough to ask her if she was taking new patients and that was a conversation that I took home and shared it with my life partner! It's a good feeling that you can talk with someone about personal things and not feel ashamed or being laughed at!
