Dr Thakers team are Very thorough. One point of note today was that the experience in the labs in 17th floor was way below par for NWMH. I work in Healthcare and familiar with the process. The lab technician appeared tired, poor greeting, lot of visible tattoo, yawned in the meeting. Later after drawing of blood she did not show my my name on the blood culture, I waited on the chair, her back was side ways to me, she turned around after about 30 seconds after the bloods draw and securing the blood cultures, and said I could go. That was it. Opposite the area, were three staff members, one staff member was putting a blood culture into a bag, while two others were talking about the shifts they were getting or having issues with.overall it appeared very unprofessional, and not something I've ever experienced at NWMH.

I give him a 10 because the doctor cares about my health and he is a very kind doctor and he listens to you patiently and he has helped me with the problem that doctor sarang had, he is always concerned about his patients, I recommend them to him, a very good doctor
